Grilled Ribeye Steak

Ingredients

2 ribeye steaks, 1 inch thick
coarse sea salt & pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons butter, room temperature
fresh rosemary

Directions

Allow steaks to come to room temperature.

To make the herb butter, chop the fresh rosemary and combine it with the room temperature butter. Set aside.

Preheat the grill to medium heat.

Season the steaks with salt and pepper.

Grill 5-6 minutes per side for medium-rare and 6-7 minutes for medium.

Remove from the grill and place onto a cutting board. Brush with herb butter and tent loosely with aluminum foil for 5-10 minutes. Serve immediately.
