Grilled Skirt Steak

Ingredients

2 pounds skirt steak
⅓ cup soy sauce
⅓ cup lemon juice
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon salt
pinch of red pepper

Directions

In a small bowl, whisk together ⅓ cup soy sauce, ⅓ cup lemon juice, ½ cup olive oil, ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon pepper, ½ teaspoon salt, and a pinch of red pepper.

Add 2 pounds skirt steak to a large ziplock bag. Pour the marinade into the bag, release the air, and seal. Marinate for 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat the grill to high heat. Add the steak to the grill and cook for 3-5 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit for medium doneness.
