Tropical Flank Steak

Ingredients

Marinade:
6 Ounces Pineapple Juice
1 Cup Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar Firmly Packed
1 Bunch Green Onions Thinly Sliced
4 Garlic Cloves Minced
1 Flank Steak

Directions

In a small bowl mix all marinade ingredients until brown sugar are dissolved.

In a one gallon resealable bag, add flank steak and pour in marinade. Refrigerate overnight.

Prepare grill. Cook flank steak 7-9 minutes on the medium-high heat on each side. Watch carefully for flare-ups. Move to a cooler part of the grill to manage flare-ups.

Let rest loosely covered with aluminum foil for 10 minutes. To serve, cut the steak in stripes across the grain.
