Grilled Honey Balsamic Chicken

Ingredients

Chicken:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon olive oil
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
¾ teaspoon onion powder

Honey Balsamic Sauce:
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 teaspoons minced garlic

Directions

In a small bowl, whisk together 1 teaspoon olive oil, ½ teaspoon kosher salt, ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper, ½ teaspoon paprika, and ¾ teaspoon onion powder. Pour the seasoning mixture into a large ziplock bag.

Add 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts to the ziplock bag. Seal the bag and massage the seasonings to completely coat the chicken.

In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons ketchup, and 2 teaspoons minced garlic. Stir to combine then pour half of the sauce into the Ziplock bag. Seal the bag and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat a grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for about 5-8 minutes on each side or until no longer pink.

Place the reserved sauce in a small saucepan over medium high heat. Heat the sauce and allow it to deglaze for 2-3 minutes. Brush the sauce on top of grilled chicken and enjoy!
