Grilled Pineapple with Nutella & Macadamia Nuts

Ingredients

1 pineapple, cored and sliced into 1/2” thick slices
Nutella
1/2 cup of macadamia nuts, toasted

Directions

Cut off the skin of the pineapple trying to save as much pineapple as possible.

Keeping the pineapple whole, use a corer and remove the core from the center of the pineapple. Next slice pineapple into 1″ thick slices.

Heat grill to medium high heat and grill each slice for 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove from grill and set aside.

Toast macadamia nuts in a saute pan over medium high heat for 3-5 minutes.

In the meantime, put 1 tablespoon of Nutella on each pineapple slice.

Serve pineapple slices individually or stacked on top of each other {like a cake}. Top the pineapple with 1 tablespoon of toasted macadamia nuts
