Mississippi Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

½ cup olive oil
½ cup ranch dressing
1 (1-oz) packet Au Jus Gravy Mix
½ cup pepperoncini pepper juice
¼ cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
2 (1.5-lb) pork tenderloins, silver skin removed

Directions

In a medium bowl, stir together the olive oil, ranch dressing, Au Jus Gravy mix, pepperoncini pepper juice, and sliced peppers.

Place pork tenderloins in a gallon size zip lock bag, and pour the marinade over the pork. Refrigerate for a few hours to overnight.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill tenderloins for 12 to 16 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145ºF.
