Copycat Texas Roadhouse® Steak Rub
Ingredients
8 teaspoons coarse kosher salt
8 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons chili powder
4 teaspoons black pepper
steak(s)
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a quart-sized resealable bag and seal it tightly. Shake it to thoroughly combine all ingredients.
Generously cover each side of the steak with the seasoning and let it rest for about 40 minutes.
Once the grill is hot, place the steak(s) on it and cook for 4-5 minutes, until browned and slightly charred. Flip over and cook to your liking.
