Hot Dry Rub

Ingredients

2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons granulated garlic
2 tablespoons ground black pepper
2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons Hungarian paprika
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions

Combine salt, garlic, black pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika, chili powder, white sugar, brown sugar, and mustard in a sealable container. Seal the container and shake until spices are well-mixed.
