South Carolina Mustard BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 cup yellow mustard
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1 1/2 tsp. hot sauce, or to taste
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper

Directions

Whisk together ingredients and season to taste with additional Worcestershire and hot sauces. Makes 12 ounces.
