Salmon Burgers

Ingredients

1 pound salmon, skin removed
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
juice of half a lemon
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ cup breadcrumbs

Directions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Cut the 1 pound salmon, into one-inch cubes and place in a food processor with 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons chopped green onion, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill, juice of half a lemon, 1 teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper.

Pulse until combined. In a medium-sized bowl, add the salmon puree and ½ cup breadcrumbs and mix.

Shape the mixture into four patties and place them on the grill. Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove from the grill and place on buns with desired toppings.
