Greek Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

1 lb. + ground turkey
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup chopped kalamata olives
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
ground black pepper to taste
buns or pita bread, for serving
chopped lettuce and tomato, for serving
hummus, for serving

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix together well and form into 4 patties.

Grill until desired doneness. Serve on regular hamburger buns- or on pita bread with hummus.
