Za’atar Chicken
Ingredients
1 1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts (pound the chicken thinner if needed)
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons za’atar seasoning
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, za’atar seasoning, and garlic.
Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag then pour the mixture over the chicken.
Seal the bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes or up to overnight.
Grill chicken breasts on medium-high heat for 7-8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165° Fahrenheit.
