Chimichurri Sauce
Ingredients
1 cup parsley
1 cup cilantro
2 tablespoons fresh oregano
5 cloves garlic
½ cup chopped red onion
¼ cup red wine vinegar
½ cup olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
pinch of red pepper flakes
Directions
In a food processor, add 1 cup parsley, 1 cup cilantro, 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, 5 cloves garlic , ½ cup chopped red onion, ¼ cup red wine vinegar, ½ cup olive oil, salt and pepper, and pinch of red pepper flakes.
Pulse until combined and smooth.
Serve immediately on steak, chicken, or as a dipping sauce. Refrigerate for up to two weeks!
