Loaded Portobello Mushrooms
Ingredients
8 Bacon, Strip
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
3 cloves garlic, minced
Green Onion
4 Large Portobello Mushrooms
Directions
Preheat your Grill to 350 degrees F.
Core the mushrooms and remove the gills completely.
Sprinkle garlic in each mushroom, followed by bacon, 1/4 cup cheese, more bacon and lastly green onions.
Place on the grates of your Grill and cook for about 20 minutes.
Serve hot. Be careful taking the first bite – they’re very juicy!
