Lemon-herb Rub
Ingredients
4 large garlic cloves, minced
3 teaspoons grated lemon peel
2 teaspoons dried rosemary leaves, crushed
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
Directions
In a small bowl combine all ingredients. Rub immediately on fish, seafood, chicken, or pork; let food rest 15 minutes before grilling.
